After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Irwin County, Lanier County was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Lanier County Bulldogs who were credited with the win. They haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Lanier County back to even at 2-2. As for Brooks County, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-2.
