Basketball Recap: Killingly Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Killingly can now relate to. They fell 54-44 to the North Haven Nighthawks on Monday. If the Redmen were looking for revenge after losing 50-41 to the Nighthawks when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Killingly's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for North Haven, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Killingly does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Haven, they will face off against Suffield at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
