Basketball Recap: Oxon Hill Gets the Win

On Saturday, the Oxon Hill Clippers beat the DeWitt Clinton Governors 66-59. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Clippers.

Nigel Harris was nothing short of spectacular: he posted 34 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Donnell Dorsey, who had 12 points.

Oxon Hill's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for DeWitt Clinton, their defeat ended a 13-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oxon Hill and International High School at Largo will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for DeWitt Clinton, they will welcome Marshall Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
