Volleyball Recap: Vasquez Comes Up Short

Vasquez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Bishop Union Broncos. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Broncos when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Vasquez's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Bishop Union, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Vasquez has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Arvin on the 12th. As for Bishop Union, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Boron on the 12th.
