The Berry Wildcats will venture away from home to face off against the Pickens Academy Pirates at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Berry is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.

Berry lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Vina, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's match. Berry never let Vina get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Max Westbrook was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing Four bases. while going 2-for-3. Those runs marked the first that he scored this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Shaun Waltrip, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Pickens Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Marion County 10-9.

Braden Banks made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-4. Pickens Academy is undefeated when Banks posts two or more runs, but 0-3 otherwise.

In other batting news, Hudson Pennington and Ace Gregory did most of the damage at the plate: Pennington scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances, while Gregory scored two runs and stole a base while going 4-for-6. The dominant performance gave Gregory a new career-high in hits. Bentley Allen was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Pickens Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

The win got Berry back to even at 3-3. As for Pickens Academy, the victory also got them back to even at 3-3.

Berry came up short against Pickens Academy when the teams last played on Tuesday, falling 6-3. Can Berry avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
