Greenfield put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Gonzales Spartans as the Greenfield Bruins made off with a 15-2 victory. The Bruins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by six runs or more this season.

Nate Hernandez was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple marked the first that he hit this season. Danny Nava was another key player, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3.

Greenfield's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

They will have a chance to go back-to-back against Gonzales: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
