Recap: East Hall vs. Madison County
The East Hall Vikings won the last time they faced the Madison County Red Raiders, and things went their way on Tuesday too. East Hall was the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over Madison County. It was an even better day for Jonathan Torres as he scored three goals for his team.
The win made it two in a row for East Hall and bumps their season record up to 6-1. As for Madison County, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Hall will take on North Oconee at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully East Hall is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Georgia (they are ranked 44th, while North Oconee is ranked 310th). As for Madison County, they will be playing at home against Cherokee Bluff at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
