Volleyball Game Preview: Texico Wolverines vs. Melrose Buffaloes

For the second straight game, Texico will face off against Melrose. The Wolverines will head out to square off against the Buffaloes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Texico is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Mexico's top teams: Melrose, who was ranked 13th at the time (Texico was ranked 20th). The Wolverines took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buffaloes on Saturday. The Wolverines' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Melrose's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Texico, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.
