Softball Recap: Woodrow Wilson Takes a Loss

After soaring to ten runs the game before, Woodrow Wilson was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Riverside Warriors by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Woodrow Wilson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aubrey Smallwood, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Woodrow Wilson dropped their record down to 12-14 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Riverside, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 17-9 record.

As of now, neither Woodrow Wilson nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
