Satellite is a perfect 4-0 against Gateway since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Scorpions will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Satellite came up short against Melbourne Central Catholic on Monday, falling 21-1. The Scorpions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Michaella Gaskins was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run.

Meanwhile, Gateway fell victim to Harmony and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 15-0 to the Longhorns. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Longhorns: they've now lost nine in a row.

Satellite's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Gateway, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Satellite took their victory against Gateway in their previous matchup back in March of 2022 by a conclusive 16-0 score. Will the Scorpions repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
