Volleyball Recap: Hayes Comes Up Short

Hayes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves. The Pacers were not able to make up for their loss to the Wolves from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 25-14.

Luke Lenocker paced Hayes' offense, picking up four kills. Lenocker got some help from Raymund Ramirez and his eight assists.

Hayes' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Worthington Kilbourne, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Hayes has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Westerville North on the 3rd. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Big Walnut on the 3rd.
