Recap: Satellite Scorpions vs. Port St. Lucie Jaguars
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Satellite Scorpions can now relate to. They fell 64-56 to the Jaguars on Thursday. Satellite's defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.
Port St. Lucie had a senior duo take command as Ryan Rodriguez scored 29 points along with six rebounds and five assists and Makhari Chambliss scored 20 points. Chambliss hasn't dropped below 16 points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Javien Sapienza, who scored seven points along with three steals and two blocks.
Satellite's defeat dropped their record down to 19-6. As for Port St. Lucie, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.
Satellite does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Port St. Lucie also has no future games currently scheduled.
