Sheridan Hills Christian's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.4 points per game. As for Pine Crest, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sheridan Hills Christian will challenge FAU High at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Pine Crest won't have much time to rest: their next game is against American Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on January 5th.
