The West Forsyth Wolverines will head out on the road to challenge the Alpharetta Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. West Forsyth is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.

West Forsyth is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of East Forsyth.

West Forsyth saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cade Centracchio, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. That triple marked the first that Centracchio hit this season.

Meanwhile, Alpharetta came up short against Creekview on Friday and fell 4-1. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Forsyth's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Alpharetta, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

West Forsyth skirted past Alpharetta 1-0 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for West Forsyth since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
