Soccer Recap: Bishop Fenwick Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Bishop Fenwick had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Waynesville Spartans by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Bishop Fenwick were not able to make up for their defeat to Waynesville from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Waynesville now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Bishop Fenwick will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Edgewood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waynesville, they will face off against Bethel at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Bethel will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Waynesville surely won't give up without a fight.
