Baseball Recap: Beverly Hills Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Beverly Hills can now relate to. They came up short against the Pioneer Titans on Friday, falling 12-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Normans have suffered since April 15th.

Beverly Hills' loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-12-1. As for Pioneer, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-12 record this season.

Beverly Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pioneer, they will take on Valencia at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight.
