Softball Recap: Southaven Chargers vs. DeSoto Central Jaguars

Southaven lost against DeSoto Central back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Southaven Chargers suffered a tough 11-1 loss at the hands of the DeSoto Central Jaguars. Southaven has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For DeSoto Central's part, Colby Young made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Young was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
