Basketball Recap: Chino Valley Cougars vs. Winslow Bulldogs
Chino Valley unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 64-42 to the Winslow Bulldogs on Wednesday. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Isaac David had an outrageously good game for Winslow as he went 10 for 12 en route to 20 points plus eight rebounds and six assists. What's more, David also posted a 83% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's posted since back in November of 2023. Chino Valley will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Highland Prep at 7:00 p.m. on December 2nd. Winslow has already played their next matchup, a 65-55 victory against Monument Valley on the 22nd.
