Basketball Recap: Reese Takes a Loss

Reese lost against Caro last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Reese Rockets were beaten by the Caro Tigers 57-28. The Rockets just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Caro's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brooklyn Osborn, who went 5 for 6 en route to 10 points in addition to five assists and three steals. Another player making a difference was Shayler McIntyre, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 12 points and six rebounds.

Reese's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Caro, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-5.

Reese has already played their next matchup (against Bad Axe), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Caro has already played their next contest, a 49-32 win against Vassar on the 4th.
