After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Prairie, La Center was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the King's Way Christian Knights as they made off with a 13-3 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by ten runs or more this season.

La Center's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-6. As for King's Way Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. La Center is set to take on their familiar foe Castle Rock at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, King's Way Christian will square off against rival Stevenson at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
