Volleyball Recap: Cambridge Takes a Loss

Cambridge lost against Union Local back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bobcats came up short against the Jets, falling 3-0. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15, 25-14.

Bailey Anderson paced Cambridge's offense, picking up seven kills. Anderson got some help from Gwen Jefferis and her 13 assists.

Cambridge's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Union Local, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-2.

Cambridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Buckeye Trail on the 30th. As for Union Local, they will challenge Indian Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
