Soccer Recap: Archbishop Moeller Proves Higher State Rank Is No Mistake

While Archbishop Moeller's victory against La Salle wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Fighting Crusaders' defense stepped up to hand the Lancers a 1-0 shutout on Wednesday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Archbishop Moeller's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 70th, while La Salle are ranked 305th).

Archbishop Moeller's one-goal win came courtesy of Liam Breidenbach, who's now up to two this season.
