Basketball Recap: Paris Logan Key Part of a Team Effort in Silver Knights Win

Sterling won the last time they faced West Deptford and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sterling Silver Knights walked away with a 39-31 victory over the West Deptford Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Silver Knights.

Sterling's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Paris Logan led the charge by dropping a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Logan is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games she's played. Lexi Kuhn was another key player, going 6 for 9 en route to 15 points.

Sterling is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.5 points per game. As for West Deptford, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sterling has already played their next contest (against Gloucester City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. West Deptford has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Collingswood.
