Softball Recap: Holmes Takes a Loss

Holmes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 7-6 heartbreaker at the hands of the Harlandale Indians.

Holmes' defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Harlandale, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4-1.

Looking ahead, Holmes is taking a road trip to take on Warren at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harlandale, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Winn at 7:00 p.m.
