Volleyball Game Preview: Liberty Bison vs. Valley View Eagles

The Liberty Bison will challenge the Valley View Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley View took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Liberty, who comes in off a win.

Liberty took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Moreno Valley 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Bison as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Valley View came up short against Paloma Valley on Thursday, falling 3-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 25-19, 27-25, 28-26.

Valley View now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Liberty, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.
