Carolina Forest had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-2 win over the Wilson Hall Barons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2023.
Lydia Gardner made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits.
