The Osceola Warriors will challenge the Southeast Seminoles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Osceola is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.

Osceola will face Southeast after dropping another heartbreaker against Palm Harbor University on Wednesday, which marked the second time in a row the team's come within 2.1 of beating them. The Warriors took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hurricanes. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Cassidy Allen was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Angelina Rodriguez, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Meanwhile, it's playoff time, and Southeast had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past Bayshore 13-3 on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Seminoles needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Southeast got a massive performance out of Nia Civil, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI Civil has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Kaelyn Poole, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

Osceola's loss dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Southeast, their victory bumped their record up to 4-12.

Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Osceola hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .331. However, it's not like Southeast struggles in that department as they've averaged .407. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
