Softball Recap: Park Takes a Loss

Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 19-4 to the Billings Central Catholic Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 back in April.

Quinci Wood made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That RBI marked the first that she has brought in this season.

Park now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Billings Central Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

While Park had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
