Volleyball Recap: Marcus Comes Up Short

Marcus was the 2-0 winner over Vista Ridge when they last played one another back in August of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Marauders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rangers on Saturday.

Marcus has also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season. As for Vista Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 14-15.

Marcus wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Leander on the 30th. As for Vista Ridge, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial on the 30th.
