On the hitting side, Andrew Gillis was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. JT Norton was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Canton's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-4-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Mansfield, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.
