Basketball Recap: Martinsville Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Martinsville won the last time they faced Carroll County and things went their way on Friday too. The Martinsville Bulldogs strolled past the Carroll County Cavaliers with points to spare, taking the game 39-23. That's two games straight that the Bulldogs have won by exactly 16 points.

Carroll County's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Cc Mitchell, who posted eight points, and Callie Harris, who put up four points. Mitchell is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games she's played. Kenzey McMillian also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.
