Basketball Recap: Enterprise Piles Up the Points Against Salem

Enterprise won the last time they faced Salem and things went their way on Friday too. The Enterprise Yellowjackets simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Salem Wildcats 51-17. The team ran away with 40 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the win.

Enterprise's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-9. As for Salem, they are on a 37-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.

Enterprise will be playing in front of their home fans against Sacred Heart at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sacred Heart will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Enterprise surely won't give up without a fight. As for Salem, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Salem Wildcats duke it out with the Lumberton Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Salem is facing Lumberton at the right time seeing as Lumberton is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
