Sequoyah fell victim to Soddy Daisy and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Soddy Daisy Trojans, falling 6-0. The Chiefs' loss signaled the end of their undefeated season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sequoyah fell to 4-1. As for Soddy Daisy, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record this season.

Sequoyah has already played their next matchup, a 12-2 victory against Eagleton College & Career Academy on the 17th. As for Soddy Daisy, they will head out to challenge Chattanooga Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
