Baseball Recap: Coalgate Comes Up Short

Coalgate's last matchup with Cashion could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. Coalgate came up short against Cashion, falling 18-3. Coalgate has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Coalgate's loss dropped their record down to 14-16. As for Cashion, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

Coalgate wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-6 victory against Howe on the 7th. As for Cashion, they have also already played their next contest, a 19-1 win against Watonga on the 7th.
