Volleyball Recap: St. Cloud Comes Up Short

St. Cloud's tournament run continued when they took on Boca Raton on Friday. The St. Cloud Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Boca Raton Bobcats.

Enrique Soto paced St. Cloud's offense, picking up eight kills. Soto got some help from Eddier Rodriguez and his eight assists. Fernando Mendez Morales and Jayden Sok kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

St. Cloud's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Boca Raton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

St. Cloud didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Lake Highland Prep on the 15th. As for Boca Raton, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Bishop Moore on the 15th.
