Lyndon is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Chase County just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 28-26. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Osage City took their matchup on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 69-10 win over Cair Paravel. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 33 points or more this season.

Osage City's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Lyndon, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-2.
