Baseball Recap: Marshall Comes Up Short

Marshall fell victim to Tuckerman and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Tuckerman Bulldogs, falling 6-0. The match marked the first time this season in which the Bobcats were not able to get on the board.

Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

As for Tuckerman, they and Sloan-Hendrix will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sloan-Hendrix is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.
