Basketball Recap: Salem Comes Up Short

After flying high against Novi last Tuesday, Salem came back down to earth. The Salem Rocks came up short against the Brighton Bulldogs on Friday, falling 50-29. The Rocks have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Salem now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Brighton, they pushed their record up to 11-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Salem will venture away from home to challenge Walled Lake Northern at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Brighton, they will host Hartland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
