Volleyball Recap: Miramar Takes a Loss

Miramar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Fort Lauderdale Flying L. The Patriots were not able to make up for their loss to the Flying L's from their previous meeting back in March of 2022.

Miramar took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-14, 25-18.

Miramar's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Fort Lauderdale, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miramar will challenge South Plantation at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fort Lauderdale, they will take on Taravella at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
