Basketball Recap: Lennard Takes a Loss

Lennard and Plant squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Lennard had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Plant Panthers 72-38. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Longhorns have suffered since December 12, 2023.

Brayden Galuski had an outrageously good game for Plant as he dropped a double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds. Those 13 boards gave Galuski a new career-high. Blake Williams was another key player, putting up ten points.

Lennard's loss dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Plant, their win bumped their record up to 19-7.

Lennard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plant, they have already played their next match, a 60-49 victory against Sumner on the 7th.
