Soccer Game Preview: Ravenwood vs. Page

The Ravenwood Raptors will take on the Page Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Ravenwood is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Tennessee's top teams: Independence, who was ranked 22nd at the time (Ravenwood was ranked 13th). The Raptors never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Friday.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Page brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They came out on top against Nolensville by a score of 4-2 on Thursday. With that win, Page brought their scoring average up to 2.5 goals per game.

They hit Nolensville with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Aidan Pierpoint (2), Jacob Wilstermann, and Hayes Brownlee.

Ravenwood is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3-1 record this season. As for Page, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2.

Ravenwood took their win against Page in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0 score. Do the Raptors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Patriots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
