Volleyball Recap: Pieper Gets the Win

Pieper won the last time they faced Hendrickson and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warriors walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hawks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Pieper took both sets by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11.

Eva Planchet paced Pieper's offense, picking up ten kills. Planchet got some help from Dani McAllister and her 21 assists. KK Alarid and Amaris Williams kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Pieper's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Hendrickson, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Coming up, Pieper's homestand will continue as they prepare to take on La Vernia at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hendrickson, they will be taking part in a tournament against Warren at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
