New Covenant is a perfect 6-0 against Fishburne Military since October of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Gryphons will be playing at home against the Caissons at 5:00 p.m. New Covenant is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season.

New Covenant proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by nine) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Virginia Episcopal School, sneaking past 3-2. New Covenant's winning goal came courtesy of Evan Bosak.

Fishburne Military played against Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind on Tuesday and won via forfeit.

New Covenant is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-1-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those eight matchups. As for Fishburne Military, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Everything went New Covenant's way against Fishburne Military when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as New Covenant made off with a 10-0 win. Do the Gryphons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Caissons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
