It was fun while it lasted, but Garfield's undefeated season came to an end after seven games on Monday. They fell just short of the Bell Eagles by a score of 46-43. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Garfield fell to 7-1. As for Bell, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Garfield will host South East at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. South East will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Garfield surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bell, they will head out on the road to square off against Legacy at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
