The Myrtle Beach Seahawks will head out on the road to square off against the Sumter Gamecocks at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Thompson Durant's also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble and making seven total tackles (1.0 for loss) in addition to snagging an interception. Another thorn in White Knoll's side was Anthony Addison, who made 14 total tackles (1.5 for loss).

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Sumter was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 335 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since was before the start of last season.

Myrtle Beach's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-1. As for Sumter, their record is now 2-0.
