Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ingleside). Everything went their way against the King Brahmas on Friday as the Ingleside Mustangs made off with a 12-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Brahmas: they've now won seven in a row.

Ingleside now has a winning record of 10-9. As for King, their loss dropped their record down to 3-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ingleside will square off against Calallen at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for King, they will welcome Tuloso-Midway at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. King has given up an average of 6.7 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.
