Waterloo won the last time they faced Jersey and things went their way on Friday too. The Waterloo Bulldogs walked away with a 57-48 victory over the Jersey Panthers. The win almost wasn't to be: the Bulldogs were down 28-14 in the second quarter.

Waterloo has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-18 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points over those games. As for Jersey, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-14.

Waterloo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jersey, they are taking a road trip to challenge Springfield at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
