Volleyball Recap: Spalding Comes Up Short

Spalding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Northside Patriots.

Northside's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Julia Trawick led the charge by getting five aces and three digs.

Northside's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6.

Coming up, Spalding will square off against Lamar County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northside, they will challenge Lowndes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
