Soccer Recap: St. James Takes a Loss

St. James lost against Waccamaw back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The St. James Sharks lost 4-1 to the Waccamaw Warriors. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Sharks were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of River Benjamin, which was the first he's scored this season.

St. James' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Waccamaw, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

St. James has already played their next game, a 5-1 defeat against West Ashley on the 6th. As for Waccamaw, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 9-0 victory against Marlboro County on the 5th.
