Maurion West Game Report: vs Battle

Passers beware: Maurion West came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made two total tackles which he returned for a touchdown, helping propel Raytown past Battle by a score of 42-0. We hope West's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, West and Raytown will challenge Smith-Cotton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers swept Grandview off the field in their last game, a feat they'll no doubt try to repeat.
